The old capital of Guimaraes
The day before Tas flies out to meet a friend in Bosnia, we visited the old Portuguese capital of Guimaraes. It was another mixed weather day so we took the opportunity to visit the Palace, which was inside, under cover!
A very popular place for lunch at Ponte de Lima on the Rio Limia, apparently the oldest Vila in Portugal.
